Your grip socks are your brakes on the reformer.

Washed these twenty times — grip is still day-one.

The neutral colour is the move. I can wear them anywhere.

The pair I reach for when I'm already late for the 7am class.

I forget I'm wearing them. That's the whole point, right?

No lanolin, no itch — just soft cotton that holds its grip.

Cheap socks stick to the machine, good socks stick to your foot.

The Sock

Made for your practice.
Built to wear in.

Three quiet things a grip sock earns its place through: how it holds the floor, how it treats your skin, and how long it lasts.

01

Why grip socks

A clean layer. A locked foot.

Shared equipment, shared sweat — grip socks are the barrier between your feet and what everyone else left behind. Textured grip on the sole holds the carriage surface the way bare skin can't. Two anchor points — toe and heel — through every lateral pull.

02

Why cotton

Soft on your feet. Kind to your skin.

Plant-based comfort — no lanolin, no synthetic itch, no plastic pilling under the arch. Cotton reads like your favourite worn-in tee: hypoallergenic, breathable, universally tolerated. The way a studio sock should feel when it disappears into the practice.

03

Built to last

Gets stronger every wash. Softer every wear.

Cotton's quiet trick: the fibres gain roughly 20% strength when they're wet. Throw them in the regular cycle — they don't shrink, they don't felt, they soften. Wear. Wash. Wear again. They conform to your foot instead of falling apart.

Got questions… Get your answers.

What is it made of?

A cotton-blend knit with a touch of stretch for shape retention, plus a bonded silicone grip on the sole.

I'm between sizes — what should I order?

Size down. The blend has a natural give and a snugger fit holds shape better through movement.

How do I wash them?

Cold wash, inside out. Skip fabric softener. Lay flat to dry.

Will the grip wear off?

No — the grip is bonded, not printed. It outlasts the sock.

Can I wear them outside the studio?

Yes. The neutral palette is meant to look like a regular sock.
